Licentie. Wij geven je een persoonlijke, niet-overdraagbare licentie om IPTV Studio op je eigen apparaten te gebruiken.
Jij levert de content. IPTV Studio is alleen een speler en bevat of levert geen zenders, films of series. Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor het recht om de afspeellijsten en streams te gebruiken die je toevoegt, en voor het naleven van de wet en de voorwaarden van je aanbieder.
Gratis en Pro. Basisgebruik is gratis. IPTV Studio Pro is een optioneel abonnement van €9,99 per jaar, met een gratis proef van 7 dagen die je via de store start. Het ontgrendelt onder meer casten, meerdere afspeellijsten en profielen en beeld-in-beeld.
Betaling. Het abonnement wordt gekocht, gefactureerd en verlengd door Google Play of de Apple App Store en loopt automatisch door tot je het opzegt in je store-account, uiterlijk 24 uur vóór het einde van de periode. Terugbetalingen volgen de regels van de store. Wij verwerken geen betalingen.
Als Pro stopt. Je gegevens worden niet verwijderd. Extra afspeellijsten en profielen blijven bestaan maar zijn vergrendeld tot je opnieuw abonneert.
Onderdelen van derden. De app gebruikt open-sourcesoftware, waaronder bibliotheken onder de LGPL. Licenties en bron staan in de app onder Instellingen → Licenties.
Geen garantie. De app wordt geleverd "zoals hij is". We garanderen niet dat hij met elke aanbieder of stream werkt. Dit beperkt geen aansprakelijkheid die de wet niet toestaat te beperken.
Toepasselijk recht. Nederlands recht, onverminderd de dwingende consumentenrechten in het land waar je woont.
Licence. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use IPTV Studio on your own devices.
You bring the content. IPTV Studio is only a player and contains or supplies no channels, films or series. You are responsible for having the right to use the playlists and streams you add, and for following the law and your provider's terms.
Free and Pro. Basic use is free. IPTV Studio Pro is an optional subscription of €9.99 per year, with a 7-day free trial you start through the store. It unlocks casting, multiple playlists and profiles, picture-in-picture and other features shown in the app.
Billing. The subscription is bought, billed and renewed by Google Play or the Apple App Store and renews automatically until you cancel in your store account, at least 24 hours before the period ends. Refunds follow the store's rules. We do not handle payments.
If Pro ends. Your data is not deleted. Extra playlists and profiles stay in the app but are locked until you subscribe again.
Third-party components. The app uses open-source software, including libraries under the LGPL. Licences and source are listed under Settings → Licences.
No warranty. The app is provided "as is". We do not guarantee it works with every provider or stream. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law. Dutch law, without limiting the mandatory consumer rights where you live.
